Verified operational metrics

Metrics and service level commitments

Every figure on this page describes how Triple iTech International measures delivery, cloud availability, and support response across production engagements. Each metric is tied to a defined measurement window, a named monitoring source, and a documented escalation path, so procurement and risk teams can review the same evidence their systems produce.

Performance telemetry

Measured delivery and uptime

The three figures below summarize recorded delivery performance, managed cloud availability, and the 24/7 support commitment that governs incident response across all active engagements.

98.4%

Delivery rate recorded across complex multi-tier software engagements

99.95%

How the figures are defined

Telemetry definitions, monitoring intervals, and incident response governance are set out per engagement before production handover. The framework below describes how each metric is collected, reviewed, and escalated.

Delivery rate definition

The 98.4% delivery rate measures milestones completed against the committed sprint and release plan across multi-tier engagements. Each milestone is recorded in the project tracker with acceptance criteria agreed during architecture review, and the rate is calculated over the reporting period for that engagement.

Uptime monitoring intervals

The 99.95% cloud uptime benchmark is measured from continuous health probes against managed production services. Availability is sampled at short fixed intervals, with outages logged, timestamped, and reconciled against the infrastructure telemetry stream before any figure is reported.

Incident response governance

The 24/7 support SLA defines acknowledgement, triage, and mitigation steps for every severity level. Incidents follow a documented escalation path with named on-call roles, and each event closes with a written review that records root cause, corrective action, and any change to the monitoring baseline.
